Logging a support ticket is very easy.

When logging a support call, please provide as much information as possible:

  • Description of the problem
  • When does it occur?
  • What browser are you using? (please state what version, Firefox 47.0 for example)
  • Are you using an Apple Mac computer or PC?
  • Please supply a screen grab showing the error if possible

Please do a screen grab of what's displayed in your browser and attach it to the email you send us.

Please only email the support address if you have a question regarding our software or you are experiencing a problem with our software.
