Create Lightbox enables a user to share the files in their collection with a person that does not have a login to the system.
To create a Lightbox, add some images to your collection.
Fill in the form accordingly. You need to enter an access code (it can be anything you want) but a maximum of 15 characters. By clicking the dropdown for expiry time you can choose the length of time that the Lightbox can be active for. Once the Lightbox has expired, it is no longer accessible.
You must enter the email address of the person you want to send the Lightbox to. You can send to more than one person simultaneously by adding a comma after each address with no spaces between each one. Then enter a subject and a message, which will display in the email along with the link for the Lightbox. There are different options to choose for ‘Receive confirmation’. For example, by choosing ‘When sending link and first access’ you will receive an email when you create the Lightbox that lists the files you shared and who you shared them with. You will also receive an email when the recipient accesses the Lightbox for the first time. Finally, you can choose to set a reminder before the Lightbox expires. Once you have completed the form, you can click ‘Create Lightbox’ and your files will be sent.

The user can then look at the images in the Lightbox, download high-res of the images and also annotate. See ‘How can I annotate a file?’ for more information on how to do this.
After the Lightbox has expired, the recipient will no longer be able to access it.
